Day 3
Assyrtiko and old vines
A private tasting through the island's oldest kouloura vineyards with a resident winemaker.
Day 4
Gulet at sunset
A traditional wooden yacht for the afternoon — hot springs, Thirassia, and dinner at anchor.
Day 5
Akrotiri and the south
The buried Bronze Age town with an archaeologist, then a long lunch above Red Beach.
